Liberty Financial is in the business of providing needed financing on
all types of real estate. Our niche in this industry is our experience
and ability to provide that bit of extra speed and creative finance at
soft money rates.

Hard Money financing experience since 1978 entails
creating innovative finance solutions for difficult and complex
situations; where institutional finance is unobtainable such as time
crunches, construction projects short of funds, credit and financial
limitations, ground remediation issues or just Fast Loans.
If you have
shopped around then you’ll find us to have the best rates and
personalized service. In Southern California our minimum loan is $100,000,
Oregon is $50,000 and elsewhere is $250,000, with the largest to date being
$42,000,000. Broker referrals are our mainstay, so we compensate them
generously and we do expect their future business. When needed, we have
closed loans within 24 hours; but generally in 3-10 days.
We make loans
in the states of California, Oregon, Southwest Washington,
Nevada, and Arizona. If
